Angler Crew Membership Questions
Our Angler Crew is a group of dedicated fisherman from around the country. It is a community that shares stories, tips, techniques and receives discounts from our partners. Please check out the about page for complete details.
Monthly members will be charged each month based on the day the subscription was created. If your subscription was created on the 29th, 30th or 31st of any month and the month has less than 31 days, it will be billed on the last day of the month.
Annual members will be billed annually based on the date they subscribed.
You can cancel your membership at any time by visiting your Angler Crew dashboard visiting the “Subscriptions” tab.
You can update your payment method at any time by visiting your Angler Crew dashboard and “Payment Methods” tab.
We do not offer refunds except in extenuating circumstances. Feel free to contact us if you need to discuss your particular situation.
Sorry, but we do not offer refunds on annual memberships if cancelled early. This is to prevent abuse of the discounted annual rate and additional swag you get for an annual membership.
Our Private Facebook Group is exclusive for our active Angler Crew Team. We remove members who have cancelled to maintain the integrity of the group for the active, paying members.
Yes, our crew requires that you be 18 or older.
This is likely due to failing payments. Our system will try to automatically bill your account 4 times over a one-month time period. If all payment fail your account will be automatically cancelled. If you would like to get back in please contact us and we’ll figure things out.
Yes, the minimum payout is $25. Your account balance will stay in place indefinitely until you reach your $25 payout threshhold.
We payout via check.
We process payments for all members over the $25 payment threshhold quarterly (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st). We will contact you around that time to let you know you have a payment on the way and how much. Note that you will be paid for content that has been published, so if your content is scheduled to be published on July 15th, it would not be eligible for the July 1 payout.
Yes, only active Crew Members are eligible for content submission and payments.
Visit your Angler Crew Account page and click the ‘Payouts’ tab to view all payment information. This includes each payment you’ve earned and show what has and hasn’t been paid out.
We will email you if we choose to use any submission (blog, video, review, etc…). We receive a lot of submissions and only respond to the ones we choose. Also, sometimes due to quantity we may choose your content, but not feature it for weeks or months, so it may be chosen at a later date. High quality and preferably featuring Angler Pros gear or gear from our partners provide the greatest likelihood of being chosen.
We ship all items within 3-5 business days via standard ground shipping, so you should have it within a week with the exception of some hats. As our hats are custom embroidered on a per item basis, they typically take 3-5 days prior to shipping, so up to two weeks for custom embroidered hats.
Shipping is automatically calculated based on your location and the items you are purchasing.
If you are an active Angler Crew Member and you are logged in, your discount will be automatically applied and visible in your cart and during checkout.
Please email email@example.com with the subject “Angler Pros Order Issue #YOUR-ORDER-NUMBER” immediately if you have an issues with your order. Please include the following:
- Picture(s) of the issue (if needed)
- A specific description of the issue
- The Order Number
- If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue
